3. Guarantee Details

We stand behind every product and service we offer, and we guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchases from Arlette & Co, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, take the following actions to ensure your satisfaction:

Refund: If you are not satisfied with your product or service, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price, no questions asked.

These guarantees are in addition to any rights you may have under the ACL.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our products and services are as specified at the time of purchase. If payment is not immediate, the terms will be outlined in your invoice, typically specified as "net 30 days."

7. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.

Fees: No fee if cancelled within the notice period.

Late cancellation (within 24 hours before scheduled meeting): a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. This fee helps cover administrative costs and any losses incurred due to the late cancellation.

‘No-show’: If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment or service without prior notice ("no-show"), a no-show fee of $80 will be charged. This fee helps cover the time and resources allocated for the appointment or service.

Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Contact us for exceptional circumstances.

Rescheduling: We encourage rescheduling based on availability, and will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to appointment or service times or to reschedule appointments or services due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to find an alternative solution.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

Copying, reproducing, or stealing content or ideas from our website without prior written consent from Arlette & Co is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
